The house offers three comfortable, air-conditioned double bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it an ideal retreat for families or friends. On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious dining room with a large wooden table that invites long, shared meals. On the pool side of the house is the cozy living room, with French doors opening directly onto the terrace, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. A small nook provides a quiet space to work if needed, and next to the living room is the compact yet fully equipped kitchen, complete with a charming breakfast table.

Outside, the terrace is designed for relaxed summer living, featuring a comfortable lounge corner and a dining area perfect for enjoying warm evenings. A barbecue is available for those nights when you feel like cooking and dining at home. Beyond the swimming pool lies a small grassy area with trees — a wonderful spot for children to play or for simply unwinding in the shade.
